shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. yes they are the normal body temperature if 98.4 moreover is a child is active and healthy and playful having the food properly on the regular intervals and the urine output is perfectly Ok then there is nothing to worry about take care of the hygiene and keep baby hydrated
