My baby weight is 11 kg and height is 86.5 cm it ok or should improve. Any suggestions?

yes it is good.
please don't take much stress for your child physical appearance.
i personally believe that for a child,it is not necessary to look Chubby,it is more important to stay happy and active then any other things.
so if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about anything.
