My baby was vaccinated on her thighs …after that d area has become very hard it’s been three days still the area has not become soft….why is it so?

A. sometimes the area will you come hard which may take two weeks to disappear totally sometimes months also if there is no pain no need to worry otherwise consult a doctor for advice
