My baby was vaccinated 1st dose of BCG and Polio,but there is small swelling hard portion on hand..please advice some remedies. she is now 1 month 3 days old.

A. just do cold fomentation at shot site. small lump where the injection was given which disappears after a few weeks can occur.. do not apply anything over it. all the best
