My baby was having fever, loose stools and voimits but now fever and loose stools are still better but he is not eating anything and if he eats or drinks anything he voimits right after that …kindly suggest whats the issue

A. you may give him syp vomikind 1.5 ml 2 times a day. and offer anything to eay or drink half hour after giving it. .give him lots of breast feeding n other liquids
