my baby was born in 7months. now he is 4months but his head some big..will it grow more as he grow??..or it will be normal after some days like other childrens?

Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
