my baby was born 25 days earlier of my due date he was born of 1.600gm of weight now he is 3 months old and his weight is 3.800gm the problem is that i can't produce much milk for my baby so i have to give him the formula milk suggest me to produce enough milk for my baby

A. Hai good morning !! For improving breast milk have lactating foods in regular diet. Mill,diary products,rusk,bread toast,papaya,chikoo,garlic cloves in curries,garlic milk,mutton kheema . Give direct feed and frequent feeds have more water,fluids to improve milk production.
