my baby was admitted in NICU ward of hospital for cold cough treatment and spo2 level was also down. now he got discharged from hospital..but still he is having the cough and spo2 is around 92-93 only. is it worried thing for us?and do we nebulize him by NS(2ml)? also,pls advise further action.Thank You

A. sometimes it takes time for the spo2 to become totally normal it all depends upon the recovery of the lungs so just wait and watch and the child should be fine and take a follow up every 3 to 4 days
