Q.
My baby was 9m 15 days old... Recently pead suggested Iron drops,he said it's a generalized medicine for all babies but after using that he is passing hard stools which is black in colour. Apart from this he is absolutely fine so what could be the reason for hard stools??

Seema shekharMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Nothing to worry about that iron drop cause little bit hard stool it gradually reduce and gone . check one week if problem still persist then talk to your pediatrician he will suggest you for the same. if possible give coconut water to your baby .
