my baby was 6 month 16 days old boy ,can I feed dates ,ghee ,badam in this month ? please suggest

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. ghee, badam n other buts may introduce. good to give dates after 8 month of age. Start by offering small amounts of solids after 6 month, once a day.. preffer day time .
