my baby was 5 month old boy he sometimes stick out the tongue .but in the night time he was normal

Please do this and this is totally normal. If your baby is active and taking proper feed on time then everything is fine and nothing to worry about so you should not worry about it at all. Just drink more water in your diet if your baby is totally on mother’s milk. It will help to keep your baby hydrated
