My baby was 4month old my milk was not sufficient to her we can keep cerelac to her in 4thmonth

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you should not give or any other top food in the 4th month. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. If baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is sufficient.
