my baby was 3 years 7 months she got 102 fever, after being given syrup temperature not decreased from the night, night onwards till now 6 hourly 2 doses given

A. Such a nature of the fever to repeat if the fever does not subside within first 72 hours after giving medication then you can consult your doctor for further assistance before 72 hours this way every six hours you should give medicine and if you want you can consult your doctor as well
