Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. it may be because of milk deposit ition or maybe because of some fungal infection it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this...

You Use a tongue cleaner to clean the tongue of your child I think it is this milk that has been accumulated into that area since you’re not cleaning the tongue properly so use a tongue cleaner to clean the tongue properly as if required consult a paediatric dentist
