Q.
my baby wants to eat and anything he has. why it is so.. if he does not find anything he keeps biting his fingers. also his mouth is always watery, he keeps spitting. please advise what to do in

Teeth can errupt at any time from birth
But most of the baby have their 1st teeth between 5-15 months of age
Teeth eruptions is a natural process
No need to do anything for that
Don't give any medication for that unless fever and exessive crying.
Just do gum massage with ur little finger thrice a day
Give teether if possible, Clean teether every time before use.
It will help
