my baby two month old,he is crying just before passing urine and motion?

sometimes this can continue for once year of age also.
it usually occurs due to the distention of the urinary bladder and rectum of the child.
the sensation is new for the child that's why the child is crying
if you feedl that the crying is more than normal you should visit a pediatrician for examination
