my baby turn into 7 month how many days to take the food chart for 1 time to 2 and 3 time in a day

A. We strongly recommend that from the beginning itself we should try to get your child into the habit of having proper three meals of breakfast lunch and dinner so try to include three proper meals other than that it’s your choice that you want to give sometime or you want to give milk to the child it’s totally however do you want to proceed with it
