Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. ok v sIt is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby

give entrogermina 2 drops twice in a day.
keep your child well hydrated
give Natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
avoid introducing new food for now
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
