my baby tilts her head towards right nore frequently. as she was on right side in my womb. now she developed flat spot on right side. is it normal??

Kindly rule out torticollis in the child as the baby is also having flattening of the head on the right side.
Your pediatrician will be able to help you after examination

No If you do not make your child sleep on the left side or on the back then your child’s right side is going to be flat only so just do not make your child sleep on the other side and it doesn’t matter on which side the child is in your womb it is just that right now how your child is sleeping and keeping the head in what position
