My baby temperature is fluctuating from 98.3-99.6 F ( armpit) is it serious matter . No other related issue. Can it be due to teething?

A. Hi yes teething causes low grade rise in body temperature..but to confirm for teething you have to check for other signs also such as excessive drooling of saliva, soarness and itching in the gums, swollen and hardened gums..
