my baby temperature 100.5 is this fever my baby is 5 month old

A. Actually when the temperature is 99°F that is fever now your child’s fever has increased and below 99 it is a normal body temperature so it would be good if you give paracetamol right now and you can repeat it again after six hours after taking the temperature till the temperature is there you can repeat the medicine every six hours
