For this query iit itt is important that you should consult your nearby doctor or pediatrician to get a proper clinical assessment done so that the doctor may advise you the proper investigations and the treatment which will be required after knowing proper details it is difficult to comment here.

If Your child has already vomited it out that I don’t think so it is an issue if your child would have taken it and I’m not vomited then it was a matter of concern if your child vomited that means everything is out of the system as of now nothing you need to worry about
