my baby still feels hungry after every feed...what to do?

A. If baby feels hungry even after feed, there could be two main reasons - either there is not enough milk supply or he/she is not sucking milk properly. To increase breastmilk supply, include foods like oatmeal, fenugreek, cumin, green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, cereals, wheat pasta and bread, brown rice, fennel seeds, carom seeds, garlic, ginger and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts to increase milk secretion. If still, there is no improvement, start giving formula milk as it is important to feed baby fully and frequently for healthy growth and development.
