Q.

my baby stays awake in d middle of night Fr4 hours which changes her sleeping routine in 3 to 4 days she does this often n she dng this since she Bcm one yr old when wil she fix one routine I tried everything but failed n she jus started blabbering lot now nt talking sometimes da da ba ba sha sha etc I also want to know d brain boost development any supplement fr her wil it as work in talking n sleepng proper ly

A. Hello mom toddlers take time to settle down with sleep it’s all about habits inculcated . You may make his schedule , his meal time , nap time , playtime etc . Make sure he is not taking very long naps in the day time as that could be the reason for night sleep issues . Also get him involved in some form of outdoor plays , play with him , talk to him , read books etc so that will help in speech as well
