My baby started vomitting from yesterday evening. She ate lunch and slept then woke up at evening vomitted two times. Then it continues today morning. She didn’t had anything till today evening. Only juice and orange. Now she is having fever. What is the home remedy. Can you suggest me ?

A. She is having high fever. Can I give her paracetamol drops?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 21 months old and she is having an indigestion so give her Lanzole junior sachets two times a day before food with Ondem syrup 5 ml
