My baby started sticking his tongue out alot since evening and twisting his mouth sometimes, while crying during feed... Is it cause he's full or sleepy or is he teething.. Please suggest

during the teething phase kids show signs like soarness and itching in the gums, low grade rise in body temperature, loss of appetite, loose motions.
keep checking for these signs
