My baby started his teething is it normal in this stage having mild fever diarrhea

Fever diarrhoea and loss of appetite or something which can be very commonly seen with kids when they are having their teeth so need not worry about it just check with your doctor they’ll help you and advise with the right medication that you need to follow for a child
