my baby speaks less he used to play himself and he used turn the pages of abcd books and recognise some things and when I sing rhymes he listen and then at that time he does eyecontact

Is he responding to his name, recognizing colours, family members, relations, engaging with same age kids other members other than parents or family members, responding to small commands like come here,say bye, recognizing things (toys, books or other things), giving eye contact then ok.
If not Consult developmental pediatrician or child psychiatrist.
