my baby son 3 month 15 days and have his 3 rd vaccine today..paracetamol give after which time because he cry very much only remain quit in my lap what should I do

Keep an ice cube on the vaccinated area Thermophob tube on the vaccinated area that is going to help in reducing down swelling and pain also you can continue giving paracetamol every six hours and it is normal for a child to be irritable for first day slowly as the pain will start subsiding the child will start being
