my baby sleeps uninterrupted during night. Mother is worried is it fine

A. it may eb du to gas . Infant colic is very normal in babies mostly up to 1 yr of age . Proper burping and exclusive mother feed till 6 month . Also gastica drop can be given 1 m l for the gaseous trouble .
