Q.

my baby sleep is less at night she gets up many times she is 10 months old now so please what can be done because I am working women it gets very difficult for me to go office, sometimes I get a second nap at office which feels embarrassing

A. there can be various reasons like hunger pain stomach pain ear not proper room temperatureThere is lot of individual variation in the sleeping pattern of small babies before coming to a particular sleeping pattern no need to worry about this at present if the baby is taking feeding properly and otherwise active
