my baby skin rashes till two months not controlling, after skin dactor tretment, all body speeding first red rash after day changes to white, give complete quire the rash

In such case you should definitely consult with any dermatologist. Because it is very important to treated well. And doctor can only guide you well after checking baby. Don’t apply anything till it is not prescribed by your doctor. Give only prescribe medicine to your baby.
