Use Nmfe Vitamin E cream on the skin of your child since you’re mentioning that the dryness is quite acute over there it’s better that after a bath use this cream twice a day once in the morning and once in the night before you put your child to sleep and keep massaging with what ever oil you are using that’s also going to help
