ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. yoy avoid sun. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat. aloe vera gel or olive oil massage aid in getting rud of these marks. however it will take few years in to go ok

it is hard to suggest anything without examining your child.
so better to visit your pediatrician for proper evaluation.
please dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
avoid excess usage of cosmetic.
keep your child in well vantileted room
maintain good hygiene.
