my baby skin got so black is it coz 0f tan or what dont know .. what to do to get rid of it

here I am sharing some homemade remedy which will help in removing the tan.
for this ,mix chickpea powder ,rose water ,raw milk and baby oil.
Apply the paste softly to your baby's skin and rub it off gently .
For smoothe skin you can also use aloe vera gel .
