my baby's skin got small pimples like wound since a week..how can I remove this.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Make a compress To help the boil open up and drain, try applying a warm compress. You can make a compress by wetting a facecloth with warm (not hot) water and putting it on the boil for several minutes. Do this a few times a day.
