My baby's lower teeth have black stains...I tried changing the tooth paste , but of no use ..have attached an image for reference. plz let me know if this is a serious issue and any remedy.

A. no problem they can be removed consulted dentist for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
