my baby's head seems to be little slanted towards right side . is that normal?

due to pressure on one side of the head during sleeping there is flatness on that side of the head.
no treatment is required for flat head and you will see that by one year to two years of age the flat head will go away as soon as the child begins to sit and later walk.
pillows will not help much in this case so do not worry.
the bones in the skull are elastic so to give space to the growing brain it takes different shape and when the growth of the brain occurs properly then gradually they will take a normal shape

At four months, breast milk and/or iron-fortified formula are still the main food in your baby's diet. If he is showing signs of readiness (see below), you can start pureed foods. If your baby does not show these signs — do not start. Wait until he is ready.
