my baby's face having some white spots.This is first seen in the nose then spread above the cheeks. what is this?

White spots on the body and face could be some xfungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
