My baby's born weight is 2.5 Kg and for 3 and a half months, she is 3.75 kg. Is that ok

yes it's fine
by 6 months babies weight almost doubles by his birth weight and by year it almost tripples
exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age is recommended for the baby
