My baby's birth weight was 2.7. Discharge weight was 2.5. He is 2 months and 20 days old now. And his current weight is 4.6. Is it normal or is he under weight?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. This is normal. The first month of life was a period of rapid growth. Your baby will gain about 1 to 1½ inches (2.5 to 3.8 centimeters) in length this month and about 2 more pounds (907 grams) in weight.
