Q.

my baby's birth weight was 2.5 kg. at 2months 83 days 4.675kg. and on 3month she was 4.7kg. only 25kg she gained gor the whole week. moreover she is not feeding well. what should I do?? she is on full BM

A. Dear mum, don’t worry about weekly weight gain. Your baby has gained 2.2 kg in 3 months which is a healthy weight gain. Baby should gain at least 500 grams per month. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Feed baby on demand.
