my baby's birth weight is 2 450. now he is just crossed 11 month . weight us 7 700kgs.is it normal ? can I start giving cow milk ?

Yes of course animal milk once a child is 12 months complete not right now we don’t recommend you to under the age of 12 you should give it but it is not something which is going to help in gaining the weight of your child it’s only going to be a good diet right now the child is quite underweight I do suggest you to check with the doctor as well
