my baby rolled over by 4.5 months itself. but she not able to sit independently even now. she can sit about 10 to 15 seconds. is it a milestone delay?

sitting without support and crawling in children may sometimes come after one year of age also.
 if the growth of the child is proper no need to worry. just take care of regular diet and baby massage which will help in strengthening the muscles nzeeded for sitting and crawling. 
in some cases crawling may be absent in children and directly the child will begin to stand with support and later walk witzh support and then without support.
take a medical check up done to confirm if there is need of any intervention.

Yes it is a milestone deal because rolling is not going to make any difference some kids learn to roll by the age of 6 to 9 months also but they can perfectly set by the age of completing eight months which is like on the higher side of do milestone so I suggest you get a check with your doctor please
