Q.
My baby recieve 1.5month vaccination on 4th January and I am giving paracetamol drop in every 6hour also then also today he is getting fever in every 6hour and above 100 and in every 10minutes getting watery poop.Please reply

Get your baby personally checked by the doctor and seek medical advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice
