my baby produces noise from her nose..mucus we clean from her nose is yellow but chest and back is clear from cough...why this happens. qand when it's cured...

A. , your baby boy girl is newborn and she is having a nasal yellow coloured mucous so give her proper antibiotic drops and nasal drops two times a day and keep her warm
