my baby poops greenish,watery and having sticky mucus in her poop. what could be the reason? what should I do?

examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics.
can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two timesx0 as per dr's recommendations.
give easily digestible food.
ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydrationx and ensure adequate glucose level in the body.
