hi doc, my son is 15mnths old..as soon as I feed him anything solid..he poops..nd the poop is little sticky yellow watery mucus..nd he poops 5 to 6 times time a day

No problem if baby is passing adequate urine.
If baby is active and playful, no fever, passing adequate urine ie. minimum 6-8 times per day, then no need to worry for motion
( once in 7 days or 15 times
per day- both conditions are totally normal.

Potty colouring may varies between dark yellow to green colour
It’s all normal and common
No need to worry
Maintain hydration
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
