My baby pick up anything from surface and put it on mouth. how to get rid from that problem. she is 15 month old

No need to worry
It will correct soon
Keep baby’s surroundings clean and dust free
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Give adequate feeding
