my baby passing poop is dark green colour. he is 15 month old . he is passing pee in every 5 min. what's should I do.

Maybe some chances that your child is having urine infection which is why your child is urinating every five minutes and dark coloured motion sometimes can be associated with the colour of the food that you are giving maybe you giving something really dark to eat and that is why the food has taken that colour
